Job description for Account Executive B2B at Pt Creatorz Media Network
- At least 2+ years experience as a Partnership / Public Relations / Marketing / Sales Executive / Account Executive B2B (acquiring new clients, not only maintaining)
- Preferably having experience working in digital marketing/advertising agency/media would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skill
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRM software is a plus point.
- Identify and source new business opportunities
- Acquire prospective clients, expand client network as well as maintain current ones.
- Foster good relations with both new and existing clients, including understanding client needs and handling the negotiation process.
- Execute client’s goals and collaborate with internal team to communicate
- Planning and doing strategic sales & marketing implementation based on a brief from a client
- Present and demonstrate the value of services to prospective clients.
- Maintain day-to-day management of accounts and administrative support
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
