Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day general office administration, answer phone calls, redirecting of phone calls, fax, and mails.
- Assist in accounts AR or AP function, issuing of invoice, delivery orders and etc.
- Keying in require data and other information, ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
- Filing and keeping proper record.
- Ensuring office supplies and hardware supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors and suppliers in ordering to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Responsible for the schedule arrangement for in-house renovation operations team.
- Other internal support when required and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the account and/or admin is required for this position.
- Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning.
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
