In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build up our digital exploratory and upskilling programmes in Digital Design for various target audiences, including youths and Persons-with-Disabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day coordination of our digital exploratory upskilling programmes in Digital Design – you’ll be keeping everything running smoothly
- Take charge of programme logistics – organising materials, scheduling sessions, and keeping our online learning resources fresh and accessible
- Be the friendly face learners turn to – gather their feedback, provide support, and help shape an educational experience that truly resonates
- Step into the spotlight by helping to facilitate workshops, seminars, and other programme events (with plenty of support as you grow into it!)
- Make your mark on the curriculum – use learner feedback and industry trends to suggest improvements to our content and delivery methods
- Track what matters – monitor programme progress, learner engagement, and outcomes to help us understand our impact
- Champion our graduates by supporting their placement process into roles with our network of partner companies
Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
- To be exposed to programme management and coordination of educational programmes across Singapore’s social and digital sector
- To be able to develop essential management skills in programme coordination, communication, and event management through hands-on practice
- To participate in building networks with communities and organisations doing impactful work in the social sector
- To gain knowledge in how the social sector operates and how revolutionising digital education can create meaningful social impact and change lives
Part of Youth Corps Community Internship (YCCI) Cycle 14 & 15
Internship duration: 6 months (minimum 5 months)
Start date: August – October 2026, depending on cycle
- Cycle 14: starts between 1 Aug – 20 Sep 2026
- Cycle 15: starts between 21 Sep – 12 Oct 2026
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Require weekend work: Flexible
Minimum Education Level: ITE students / graduates
Requirements:
A. Must-Haves:
- Interest in social causes, education, digital skills training, and career development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom)
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds (youths, children, persons with special needs)
B. Nice-to-Haves:
- Some knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design and/or Graphic Design
- Experience with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, or online learning platforms
- Interest in tech, future of work, or social impact
