Position: Academic Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Academic Team to ensure the successful delivery of all academic programs.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate tutors to maintain high teaching standards.
- Establish and monitor academic SOPs, KPIs, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Manage tutor deployment, teaching schedules, and academic administration.
- Monitor student learning progress and collaborate with school partners to ensure program success.
- Handle academic issues and provide effective solutions to support students, tutors, and partner schools.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Academic Manager, Academic Coordinator, Head of Academic, Head Teacher, or a similar leadership position within the education industry.
- Proven experience leading and developing teachers or tutors.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, lesson planning, assessment, and teaching methodologies.
- Experience implementing academic quality assurance, SOPs, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
- Willing to work full-time at our office in Cibitung, Bekasi.
