In the role of Senior Automaton Test Analyst, you will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to test and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will contribute to development of MTP, TERM, TERP, TSR, TRR etc. Providing input to change request estimates, provide support to test lead with test planning, delivery and reporting tasks. Develop and document testing requirements from appropriate sources and ensure traceability back to source. Designing and developing test conditions/scenarios and test cases
Preparation of test data. Execution of test cases, logging and verification of test results.
Consultation with development teams/vendors with regards to any aspects of the development and testing.
Resolve and/or escalate (to the Test Manager/Test Lead) testing risks and issues as they occur. Review documentation, review test artefacts such as test cases, test results for quality and standards. Assess cross-team impacts and dependencies within the project. Develop and maintain regression (automated and/or manual) test scripts & associated documentation
Required
· At least 5 to 6 years of Information Technology experience in Test Automation using TOSCA
· Skilful in planning and designing the test automation framework, development, maintenance, and Hands-on experience with tools such as TOSCA.
· Good Experiencing in designing and developing automation test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
· Work with test lead and managers to identify scope for automation, prepare schedule and estimates.
· Extensive experience in REST API testing using Postman and in open-source API automation tools such as Rest Assured.
· Extensive experience in various domains such as Capital Markets and Financial domain
· Good understanding of the Workspace – Import/Export objects, subsets, Exception Handling and Recovery options.
· Experience in debugging execution issues and tuning performance of the scripts.
· Writing batch files and organizing scheduled batch execution
· Experience in effective use of the TOSCA features like Conditions and Loops.
· Experience in Agile Methodologies and tools – JIRA, Confluence.
· Good Knowledge on the CI/CD- Jenkins - Use of Continuous Integration tool to achieve distributed execution across different machines.
· Work with test automation architect to create automation approach.
· Identify assets and functionality for test automation,
· Prepare detailed plan for automation.
· Development of automation test cases and scripts.
· Prepare, execute, report, maintain automation test suites.
· Work closely with the test teams during test execution.
