Job description for Performance Planner at TokoTalk
- Developing an effective media planning strategies
- Negotiating ad spaces, rates, and time slots with various media outlets (online & offline)
- Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare scheduled and adjust when needed
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with performance analyst to get insights and recommendations
- Being aware of media updates to external trends, viral news, etc
- Research competitor’s pricing, service, feature, etc
- Evaluate the effectiveness of performance campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, advertising, communication, or any related field
- Proven experience as Media Planner or similar role with 1-3 years of experience in media planning
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
- Excellent communication & commercial flair
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking
