Job description for Content Designer & Social Media at MOI Group
- Create an effective and creative content strategy and publication schedule for social media, blogs and corporate websites.
- Producing visual and written content that is attractive and in line with the company's target audience.
- Manage social media content and posts to increase engagement, grow followers, and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and design visual content such as graphics, illustrations and videos for company promotional needs, including branding needs, events and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of the company's content and social media, and provide recommendations and appropriate strategies to improve performance.
- Good content writing skills: As a content specialist, writing well and engaging readers are important qualities to have.
- Graphic design skills: As a graphic design specialist, skill in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is a required quality.
- Social media management skills: As a social media specialist, you will need to be skilled in managing social media platforms and building a brand presence online.
