Job description for Admin Marketplace at Kilap Global Group

Tugas & Tanggung jawab:

Menyusun dan mengatur harga promo untuk produk di marketplace.
Mengelola dan mensubmit kampanye marketplace sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan.
Merancang program promosi khusus untuk aktivitas host live.
Mengatur dan mengelola iklan marketplace (Shopee Ads), memantau performa ROAS, impression, dan konversi.
Memberikan layanan konsultasi kepada pelanggan dengan menerapkan prinsip service excellence.
Memastikan visual toko marketplace menarik dan konsisten, dengan bekerja sama dengan tim desain.

Kualifikasi:

Berpengalaman dalam mengelola marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, atau lainnya).
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan memahami metrik iklan (ROAS, CTR, dll.).
Kreatif dan memiliki ide-ide promosi yang menarik.
Berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan dengan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan memiliki keterampilan kolaborasi yang baik.
