Job description for Operator Live Streaming at PT. Indonesia Premium Goods

Job Descriptions:

Menyiapkan peralatan dan software live streaming (kamera, lighting, OBS, platform e-commerce)
Mengatur setting live (layout, frame, produk, banner, voucher, promo berjalan)
Memastikan kualitas audio & visual tetap stabil sepanjang live berlangsung
Berkoordinasi dengan Host Live dan Leader Live untuk memastikan konsep berjalan sesuai briefing
Mengoperasikan tools promosi (flash sale, voucher, pinned products, coin/voucher claim)
Melakukan monitoring performa live (viewers, engagement, add to cart, checkout rate, GMV)
Membuat laporan harian/mingguan terkait hasil live streaming & pencapaian KPI

Qualifications:

Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan D3/S1 semua jurusan (Komunikasi, Broadcasting, Marketing, atau IT lebih diutamakan)
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Operator Live Streaming / Technical Support / E-commerce Live Specialist (Fresh graduate dipertimbangkan jika memiliki keterampilan teknis relevan)
Memahami penggunaan software live streaming (OBS, Streamlabs, atau sejenis) dan pengetahuan dasar E-commerce & fitur live (Shopee, TikTok Shop)
Menguasai software live streaming (OBS, vMix, Streamyard)
Memahami fitur campaign e-commerce (flash sale, voucher, pinned product)
Mampu melakukan monitoring data performa live (viewer, CTR, GMV)
Keterampilan multitasking & detail-oriented dalam menjalankan teknis live
