We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate/Senior Associate to join our CEO Office team, to help grow our team across Asia.
The mission of this role is to solve strategic problems that arise in our scaling phase and drive new projects using a data-driven approach. You will be a key part of building new and scaling existing business units.
You will report directly to our Corporate Development Lead based in Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Fundraising & M&A
- Support Board and investor meetings as they occur including: quarterly investor updates, board meeting deck preparation, driving data analysis for follow-ups, etc.
- Support the preparation of due diligence responses as they come
Financial analysis and modelling
- Analyze past data and develop models for key indicators and metrics. Examples include calculating life-time value, customer acquisition cost, efficiency-related metrics, revenue retention and customer concentration analysis.
- Perform forward looking revenue and cost projections for selected business units
Board and investor engagement

Who We Are Looking For
- 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or top consulting firms is highly preferred
- Comfortable working with and drawing insights out of data
- Strong work ethic with get-it-done growth mindset
- Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- Open to travel
- Collaborative: Able to work with team members across cultures
