Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting, recording and reconciling client cash flows
- Manage setup and daily operational activities for bank and broker accounts
- Mitigate operational risks and assist with overall risk, reporting & governance initiatives
- Support key business initiatives from a project and process management perspective
- Work with Product/Technology teams to drive strategic automation
- Ensure comprehensive process documentation and continuous enhancement
- Additional duties as necessary
Skills Required
- Microsoft Excel expert
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard
- Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Self-driven, hands-on and motivated
- Project management experience would be highly desirable
