Job description for Client Relation/Offline Retail Manager at PT Asa Mode Internasional (Chanté)
Job Description:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Involved in expanding new offline stores and preparation for opening new stores.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partner's inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to handle problems that may arise in the store.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (S1)
- Experienced with similar positions for a minimum of 3 years
- Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail operations.
- Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
