Job description for Staf Legal at The Bridge Academy Indonesia

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (preferably with concentration in Business Law)
Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal field (experience as a Legal Staff in a company is highly recommended)
Good understanding of Labor Laws and other related regulations
Proficient in legal drafting, legal review, OSS, and dispute resolution
Holding PKPA certification is an advantage
Precise, detail-oriented, intelligent, and decisive
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
