Job description for 3D Artist at Vector Interactive
- Craft intuitive user experiences
- llustrate ideas through storyboards, process flows, user journeys and sitemaps
- Illustrate 3D objects based on client needs
- Improve designs quickly
- Conduct user research to improve on designs
- Rapidly test, iterate and improve on designs based on feedback
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with developers, project/ product managers to create an intuitive user experience
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Skills Required:
- Experience & interest in developing stylized 3D objects
- Familiar with UNITY Engine
- Understand 3D rigging
- 3D animation
- First-hand knowledge & practical experience in at least one of these 3D Digital Content Creation software (Blender, Zbrush, Maya, 3Dsmax, etc)
- Able to translate 2D concepts into 3D models
- Able to create good quality 3D sculpting skills
- Understand the process of making 3D game assets from high poly to final low poly
- UV mapping, PBR, and texturing
