Job description for Jr. Commerce Specialist at PURA Indonesia
Job Description :
1. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Assist in implementing e-Commerce initiatives aligned with brand and commercial objectives, support the rollout of digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches across online platforms, monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform tactical decisions.
3. Set up UX design and A/B testing capabilities to improve consumer experience (incl. check out, funnel conversion, retention optimization, etc.)
4. Recruit, train, and lead hosts.
5. Manage and coordinate livestream hosts, day-to-day host management activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Eg. Setting promo, voucher and showcase, etc.
6. Develop and implement creative livestream concepts, content strategies and sales strategies based on latest livestream trends
7. Monitor performance and provide insightful reports for improvements.
8. Ensure hosts have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on team and host performance.
10 Work closely with other departments to align host management and e- commerce activities with company objectives.
Kualifikasi :
1. Min. education D3/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or Communication)
2. Min. 1 year of experience in the e-commerce field (leadership experience is a plus)
3. Familiar with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (basic–intermediate level)
5. Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
6. Able to work with targets and deadlines
7. Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a team
8. Fast learner, proactive, and shows strong initiative
9. Understanding of digital commerce trends
