Job description for Legal Associate at PT Carruthers Pambudi Konsultindo
We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our growing portfolio of cross-border legal and commercial matters. You will work closely with the firm’s partners to deliver high-quality legal research, drafting, and advisory support aligned with CP&P’s focus on entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships, and sustainable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct legal research and develop summaries, briefs, or advisory memos.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, and internal protocols.
• Support regulatory compliance, licensing, and due diligence matters.
• Assist in preparing legal presentations and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal consultants and external partners as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills in English
• Familiarity with Indonesian legal and regulatory systems
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic document formatting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-up
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Licensed to practice law in Indonesia (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Experience working with cross-border or APAC legal projects
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Able to coordinate within Bali Standard Time (GMT+8) working hours
• Interest in growing within a mission-driven, boutique advisory firm
