ARPLANET specializes in providing Immersive technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality) solutions to our customers to meet their business needs. Our mission is excellent customer service and solutions.
We are looking for a self-driven Account Solution Associate to take charge of the full sales cycle of the Singapore market, developing end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after-sales production and etc. Knowledge of immersive reality technologies is would be ideal, but a willingness to learn and adapt is what we seek.

The Person
Interest in working with Immersive Reality technology. Friendly, approachable and willing to share with the team.
Able to listen intently, and identify and articulate customer’s needs.
Able to communicate and present solutions/ideas to people at all levels of an organization.
Able to work independently or as a team to ensure the highest quality solutions under a tight schedule.
Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects effectively, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Most of all willing to continuously learn and apply new knowledge without fear of failure.
The Job
- Generate new leads and opportunities through channels such as emails, cold-calling, networking, etc.
- Follow-up on marketing leads to secure potential sales opportunities. Maintain a robust pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities to generate new sales.
- Research & Understand client’s objectives, requirements and needs. In order to deliver client-focused solutions that meet client needs, including backend content production.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales agreements.
- Conduct competition monitoring, analysis and reporting
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to existing customers, as well as developers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Provide after-sales support, including coordinating across functional teams to ensure project schedules and progress are consistent.
- Carry out digital marketing activities to maintain the digital presence.
The Knowledge/Skill
- Verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Verbal and (optional) written communication skills in the Chinese language will be an advantage
- Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier or related graphic software will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Blender (3D Model, static and/or animated) and Unity or related 3D graphic software will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge with Google Workspace and its apps such as Drive, Gmail, Google Meet and Google Documents will be an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- (Optional) 6 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Newly graduated Diploma holders are welcome.
