Job description for ACCOUNTING at PT Biwel Bali Property
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, AP/AR, and general ledger.
- Manage cash flow, petty cash, and daily revenue reconciliation (membership, F&B, pro shop, events).
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and management reports.
- Monitor and record membership payments, packages, and installment plans.
- Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups for corporate clients, events, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with operational teams (Front Office, F&B, Sales) to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare tax-related documents (PPN, PPh) and support external tax consultants if needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
- Support audit processes and maintain proper financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting (experience in hospitality, sport club, or F&B is a plus).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience handling cash transactions and daily revenue reports.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and high level of accuracy.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Point)
- Experience in membership-based business or sport club operations.
- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Experience during pre-opening or fast-paced environments.
