As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Staff, also known as Human Resources Assistant. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the administrative and HR functions of a successful organization.
The Administrative Staff / Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing support in day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing meetings and documents, updating and maintaining employee data, coordinating internal communications, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
We are looking for a female candidate who has completed an Associate Degree and possesses between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in customer service, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office, are essential. Candidates should be friendly, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
