Job description for Warehouse Manager at PT Berbagi Inovasi Teknologi (Biteship)
The Warehouse Manager leads end to end FMCG warehouse operations. This role focuses on process control, performance improvement, and team management to ensure efficient and accurate operations aligned with SLA targets. The position is equivalent to an Assistant Manager and acts as a bridge between warehouse teams, management, and stakeholders.
Job Descriptions
- Lead warehouse operations team. Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and daily task allocation
- Oversee inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count and stock opname activities
- Monitor SLA performance. Identify gaps and execute improvement actions
- Analyze operational data to improve productivity and efficiency
- Handle daily operational issues and team escalations
- Develop and implement SOP and process improvements
- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as procurement, customer support, and 3PL vendors
- Manage team performance through coaching, evaluation, and development
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG fulfillment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership role
- Strong understanding of end to end warehouse operations
- Familiar with KPI, SLA, and productivity targets
- Strong data analysis and decision making skills
- Experience in developing and improving SOP
- Able to manage operations during high volume and peak periods
- Strong communication skills for cross team coordination
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
- Willing to work on site and mobile if needed
