Job description for Warehouse Manager at Indosole
Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and logistics for our growing retail and e-commerce channels. This hands-on role requires managing a daily through out of 100 to 300 pieces, ensuring fast, accurate shipping while maintaining seamless inventory synchronization across our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Operations: Pick, pack, and ship 100–300 e-commerce and retail items daily with high accuracy.
- System Management: Maintain real-time stock levels by managing our Shopify and Cin7 integrations.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, manage stock placement, and reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
- Inbound Logistics: Receive, inspect, and log incoming vendor shipments into the inventory system.
- Carrier Relations: Coordinate daily pickups with postal and courier services to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience.
- Software: Proven familiarity with Cin7 (or similar inventory platforms) and Shopify back-end systems.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 20 kg (approx. 45 lbs) and remain on your feet during shifts.
- Must be able to speak english professionally
Education & Certifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
