Job description for Warehouse Coordinator at ADA PROJECT

Kualifikasi:

Pria usia 28-35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1
Berpengalaman sebagai SPV Purchasing/Warehouse
Memahami inventory control (FIFO/FEFO), warehouse management & cost control
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, negosiasi & vendor management
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Office & sistem purchasing & warehouse
Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim & bekerja sesuai target

Jobdesk:
Membuat laporan pembelian, penghematan biaya, & performa supplier
Mengawasi operasional warehouse & keluar masuk barang
Memastikan stok, penyimpanan, & distribusi barang berjalan dengan baik
Mengontrol proses receiving, picking, packing, delivery, & FIFO/FEFO
Membuat laporan stok dan melakukan stock opname purchasing & warehouse secara berkala
Mengelola tim warehouse & memastikan operasional sesuai SOP perusahaan
Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional
