The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and assisting with special events or promotions. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential, as the role requires adaptability to changing demands and guest needs.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese Restaurant, Barbecue Restaurant, and Restaurant Reception is highly preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment are important qualities for success in this role.
