Job description for Virtual Assitant - Remote at Worknetics
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
- Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
- Assist in business oriented matters such as perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events Manage virtual platforms and social media account Attend to personal matters for Director and family Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations through data compilation from the system.
- Account Servicing for personal/corporate clients
- Processing of payroll and related matters.
- Processing of supplier invoices and payments on regular basis
- Issuing of invoices and collection of payment from clients as and when is required.
- Prepare company's quarterly/annual GST reporting and annual income tax filing.
- Participate in monthly regular team meetings as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director.
