Job description for Vet Manager (Dokter Hewan) at Hewania

Responsibilities:
- Responsible make sure that the tele-advice consultation by the veterinarian partners goes well according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible to the amendment of the SOP if needed according to the situation on the ground
- Responsible to the schedule of the veterinarian partners
- Make a review on the performance of the veterinarian partners' tele-advice consultation on the platform
- Controlling the quality of the events and products in the marketplace to make sure that everything in our services are vet-friendly
- Work closely with the vet partners and other external partners to develop our business as the one-stop animal healthcare solution
Requirements:
- Love animals
- Veterinarian (last education: Profesi Kedokteran Hewan)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the pet clinic (either work or internship)
- Excellent medical knowledge
- Hold an active STRV
- Have a good communication skill
- Understanding of Tele-Advice Consultation and the code of ethics in veterinary healthcare
- Ability to read, speak, and write in english
- Having a SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) and an excellent network in veterinary healthcare is a plus point
- Willing to work on-site at our office in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
