Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Venue Manager or similar leadership role
- Passionate about nightlife, parties, entertainment, and the arts
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing daily venue operations and large teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of premium guest experience
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
