Job description for UX Executive at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk
- Identify customer problem and come up with potential design solution to solve the problem
- Initiate product roadmap according to the findings and value proposition created with a crisp rationale/thought process
- Run proper design thinking process, including UX research/gather insights, validating problem & hypothesis, constructive design ideation, UX prototyping, wireframe creation, UX copy writing, user usability testing (UT), and ensure the design is implemented according to the initial goal and will solve customer's pain point
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders cross functions; Business, Product, IT, and UI team to ensure the final design is aligned with the initial goal, including day to day discussion and design showcase.
- Able to share multiple design options with pro & cons, and come up with the preferred design according to which one that solve the customer problem the most with the least constraint
- If necessary, align with the software engineering/IT team to ensure that the design is feasible to be implemented, and able to find another design solution as middle ground if necessary
- Proactively evaluate the design implementation based on the quantified data analysis (data driven mindset) and continuously came up with the new design initiative based on the data and other insight
- Support UI role if necessary
- Bachelor degree holder (S1) from Computer Science, Product Design, or other related majors
- Have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX, preferably in Technology company
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Equipped with strong analytical thinking, collaboration, & communication skills as well as excellent understanding in design process and principles
- Familiar to operate design tools such as Figma and Miro, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usag
- Familiar with user research methodology and able to conduct user research to identify customer problem based on quantitative data
- Have strong knowledge and curiosity in the latest UI and UX design trend
