Note: This is a remote-based job. You will be working from home. As such, a good working internet connection and computer is required for all applicants.
Job Description
- Facilitate surveys and tests
- Processing survey responses
- Process data and analyze findings
- Coordination of research activities
- Report writing
- Conduct quality checks of data and reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Experience in any of the following is an added advantage: User Experience / Usability Testing / User Research / Facilitation / Web Design / Web Development / QA QC is an added advantage

- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
- Be open to receiving constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail and analytical
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangement
- Duration of 6-12 months. Opportunity to be renewed or converted
- Start period from mid-September 2023 - early October 2023
- Remote working. 100% work from home. Applicant should possess good internet connection and computer.
