Job description for UIUX Designer at GBCI Ventures
As the UIUX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user stories and business requirements into effective designs. You will deliver UI prototypes, wireframes, and detailed design specifications to communicate designs, based on user needs, tasks, and product requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and other UX team members to improve existing product functionality based on user research, while adhering to consistency in design according to guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories and business requirements into effective designs.
- Deliver UI prototypes, wireframes, and detailed design specifications to communicate designs, around a well-defined nucleus of user needs, tasks, customer and product requirements.
- Adhere and drive consistency in design of the solution, approach, and methodology, according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers and other UX team members on designs.
- Improve existing product functionality based on user research, working iteratively with the team.
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualising a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Testing UX elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Testing success and error flows ensuring all cases are fulfilled
- Work with testers to document test cases
- Collaborating with the design, product, marketing and relevant teams spanning multiple countries internally and externally across multiple countries and languages to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.
- Always learning new UI/UX or design tools and trends to stay competitive.
- Constantly improving all digital facing user interfaces and experiences of assigned projects.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in UIUX for production websites, apps, and dapps
- Expert in Figma
- Good knowledge of UI, Website, Dapp, Android, iOS principles
- Must be proficient with vector graphics.
- Knowledge of animation development using Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiar with the blockchain and mobile apps industry.
- Have the ability in video editing skills.
- Spoken and written proficiency in English
