Job description for UI / UX Designer at PT. Ritra Media Distribusi
Hi, we are a smart vending machine software company and currently looking for freelance / project designers to help us improve one out of three available projects :
- Vending machine screen : Making it easy for customers to buy products
- Content management system : Improve usability, navigation and engagement
- B2B Website : Increase conversion and create landing pages for online marketing campaigns
Job Description:
- UX research using Google design sprint methodology (understand, define, sketch, decide, prototype, validate)
- User interviews (on-site & online)
- Making personas, Customer journey map, Affinity diagram
- Sketching, lo-fi, hi-fi prototyping using Figma
- Designing new features or improve existing
- User testing (online with maze & figma + In Real Life)
- Hand-off figma CSS files to software developers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as UI/UX Designer in a software company or as professional freelancer
- Submit your portfolio of previous projects (mobile, web apps and/or website)
- Expert user in Figma or Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience in web design using wordpress, elementor, wix is a plus
