岗位职责：
1.负责软件界面的美术设计、创意工作和制作工作，软件工程师背景和相应的编程能力，以及社会学心理学等人文学科储备。
2.根据各种相关软件的用户群，提出构思新颖、有高度吸引力的创意设计。
3.对页面进行优化，使用户操作更趋于人性化。
4.维护现有的应用产品。
5.收集和分析用户对于GUI的需求。
6.对通用类软件或互联网应用产品的人机交互方面有自己的理解和认识。
7.具有敏锐的用户体验观察力，富有创新精神。
岗位要求
1.软件工程师背景和相应的编程能力，以及社会学心理学等人文学科储备。
2.2年或以上的相关工作经验和良好的业绩记录（附作品集）。
3.有创建线框图、原型设计、故事板、用户流程等的UI设计实践经验。
4.有使用Pixso、Photoshop、Sketch、Illustrator、InVision、Quartz等专业设计工具的经验。
5.了解基本的前端语言：HTML5、CSS3、Javascript等。
6.良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，乐于接受客观的批评并加以改进，具有解决问题的良好的思维方式。
7. 中文可作为工作语言（必要）。英语可作为工作语言（非必要，加分项）
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the art design, creative work and production work of the software interface, the background of the software engineer and the corresponding programming ability, and the reserve of humanities such as sociology and psychology.
2. According to the user groups of various related software, propose innovative and highly attractive creative designs.
3. Optimize the page to make user operations more humanized.
4. Maintain existing application products.
5. Collect and analyze user requirements for GUI.

7. Possess a keen observation of user experience and be full of innovative spirit.
Job requirements
1. Software engineer background and corresponding programming ability, as well as humanities reserves such as sociology and psychology.
2. 2 years or more of relevant work experience and good performance record (with portfolio).
3. Hands-on UI design experience in creating wireframes, prototyping, storyboards, user flows, etc.
4. Experience in using Pixso, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Quartz and other professional design tools.
5. Understand basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, etc.
6. Good communication skills and teamwork skills, willing to accept objective criticism and make improvements, and have a good way of thinking to solve problems.
7. Chinese can be used as a working language (required). English can be used as a working language (optional, plus points)
