Job description for TRANSPORT COORDINATOR at Công Ty Tnhh Al Naboodah Quốc Tế Việt Nam
- Điều phối xe và tài xế: Sắp xếp lịch làm việc cho tài xế theo nhu cầu vận chuyển của kho và order của các bộ phận khác;
- Phụ trách kiểm tra ngoại quan xe, và kiểm tra số lượng các phụ tùng kèm theo khi xe nhập về và khi xuất xe. Xác nhận giấy tờ với bên vận chuyển;
- Theo tài xế xe tải hỗ trợ lên xuống xe và cột tháo dây (khi cần);
- Một số công việc khác tại kho: sắp xếp xe, sắp xếp phụ tùng và treo tem xe…;
- Làm phiếu xuất kho, biên bản bàn giao...;
- Quản lý kho (sẽ được đào tạo);
- Sắp xếp, lưu trữ giấy tờ;
- Kiểm kê theo tháng, theo quý hoặc khi có yêu cầu;
- Giao nhận chứng từ khi có yêu cầu;
- Hỗ trợ giải quyết một số công việc khác phát sinh tại kho.
