Job description for Transaction & Stock Controller at ViaPulsa

Requirements:

Pendidikan Formal D3/S1 Akuntansi.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan standar laporan keuangan.
Menguasai excel/google sheet dan atau pernah menggunakan software akuntansi.

Job Description:

Memeriksa laporan penjualan harian/bulanan dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan sistem payment/panel
Mencocokkan receipt dan pembayaran (bank/kas/payment gateway/usdt)
Melakukan validasi terhadap transaksi penjualan dan menganalisa selisih
Menyusun dan validasi rekapan persediaan, stok masuk dan stok keluar dan stok dalam proses
Melakukan rekonsiliasi stok dan menganalisa selisih
Menghitung harga pokok penjualan
Mencocokkan saldo deposit per customer dengan mutasi penggunaan (penjualan / distribusi barang)
Memastikan penggunaan deposit sesuai transaksi (invoice / release barang)
Merekap transaksi deposit user sesuai kebutuhan
