- pendidikan Min D3 semua Jurusan (Diutamakan Jurusan pendidikan tataboga, manajemen perhotelan, ilmu komunikasi)
- pengalaman min 2 Tahun sebagai Trainer (Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang F&B Service)
- Memiliki keahlian dan ketrampilan komunikasi Personal, Public Speaking dan Storytelling yang baik
- Mampu membuat modul, materi dan media training
- karakter kreatif, inovatif, antusias, motivasi diri, terbuka terhadap masukan, percaya diri, peduli terhadap orang lain dan mampu bekerjasama dalam team
- Memiliki minat yang tinggi di dunia training dan mampumenghidupkan serta menguasai suasana kelas training
- Mampu bekerja multi tasking, menentukan prioritas dan memenuhi deadline
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Terutama Power Point dan Word)
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & Sim Aktif
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas luar kota dan kunjungan ke seluruh outlet Cheon
