JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Studying clients’ requests precisely for every project.
· Generating ideas and proposing strategic approach for various projects.
· Proposing technical solutions for each project and working closely with Account Management team to issue detailed proposals for clients.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
· Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
· Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
· Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS
· MA/ MBA degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Analyst or related field of study.
· Deep knowledge of tourism & hospitaltiy industry from conception to delivery is
a bonus.
· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong teamwork skills.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines.
· Strong passion for research works in tourism and hospitality field.
· Experience in project management and development.
