At BSU Group, we believe that the right talent is essential to achieving success, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Oil & Gas Engineer and Toolpusher to join our team in Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Oil & Gas Engineer and Toolpusher will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of oil rigs, ensuring that all equipment and processes meet industry standards. This role involves coordinating with drilling teams, managing daily operations, and providing technical guidance to ensure project goals are met. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining communication between the site and management, addressing any operational challenges promptly, and supporting the implementation of safety protocols. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of drilling projects, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must be MALE, have an SMA/SMK education level, and possess between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
