Job description for E-Commerce Operation Executive (TikTok) at Power Commerce Asia
- Managing day-to-day sales on brands that registered as TikTokShop Partner.
- Managing promotional activities, such as affiliate partnership, live-stream, and video seeding.
- Determining & achieving the brand's TikTok Shop goals and KPIs.
- Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal).
- Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
- Monitoring and analyzing TikTok Shop metrics and figures.
- Transforming TikTok data into operational insights.
- Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the client's TikTok.
- 3+ Year(s) of working experience in handling handling TikTop Shop.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and their algorithms.
- Experienced in TiktokShop & affiliate tiktok program.
- Experience in building, managing and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Works comfortably using data to generate insights and solve complex problems.
- Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver.
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
