Job description for Thực Tập Sinh Social Media at Elle Vietnam
Reporting to
Head of Marketing
Marketing Channels
email / newsletter, social (Facebook, instagram, tiktok,..), social CRM
Key Responsibilities
Organisational:
- Utilise Trello to manage and update task status
- Join weekly meeting with manager
- Coordinate with designer on visual assets
- Coordinate with Content Marketer/Editorial to amplify high value articles
- Liaise with sales teams to monetise email and social activities
Reporting:
- Analyse KPI performance of channels weekly and recommend action items to optimise over time
- Proactively communicate on any significant changes channel metrics
- Annotate tactical changes in Google Analytics
Functional:
- Finding and creating content that is on trend
- Create and schedule newsletters and other email campaigns using Sendinblue
- Post on social media, manage brand mentions and engage with the community
- Manage Facebook groups
