Job description for Tester at Cốc Cốc
The Quality Assurance team is responsible for performing in-scrum, acceptance, system, performance test activities for all CocCoc browser and search engine products. The team strives to ensure that product activities are conducted to a high standard aligned with the right business priorities and needs. This role is perfect for CocCoc who has experience delivering high-quality software and test automation solutions in a highly dynamic development environment, who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, getting involved in solving problems and removing obstacles.
As a Test Engineer, Mobile in CocCoc includes requirement analysis, identification of implied requirements, defining test strategies, reporting of quality, test planning, and execution activities, test automation, performance testing, reviewing product documentation, and ensuring overall product quality including usability, performance, and stability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute tests against software and hardware products using a variety of manual techniques and automated tools to ensure requirements are met.
- Interact with team members and other groups to ensure all requirements have been tested, defects have been documented, and quality issues identified during the testing process have been resolved.
- Create and maintain test documentation such as test cases, defect reports and test result summaries.
- Communicate product and process information to other members of the team, other departments, and customers as necessary.
- Do other working tasks that are requested by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- Good experience with manual testing, testing techniques and testing methodologies: Multiple browser testing, concurrent user testing, Cashback feature testing, E-commerce (UI/UX, Functional, Security, Responsive Web Application and Mobile Application…).
- Good experience in documenting QA defined deliverables (e.g. Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases)
- Good knowledge and ability to using test environments: Jira, Testrail
- Working experience in a search engine/browser project is a plus.
- Have experience about performance test and security test is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Fast learning and eager to learn new things;
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
- Able to analytical thinking and result-orientation;
- Good communication in both verbal and written;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Be supportive and effective teamwork skills;
