Key Responsibilities
- Group Excellence: Lead dynamic group classes ranging from 2–6 players, ensuring high energy and engagement for all participants.
- Private Lessons: Conduct private lessons focused on the specific technical (strokes, footwork) and tactical (game strategy) needs of individual clients.
- Continuous Coaching Improvement: Excited to improve your coaching skills with UTC’s internal coach development program and undergo professional certification courses
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of active tennis coaching experience.
Growth Mindset: A strong desire to improve through our specialized development programs.
Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to manage a flexible schedule across Jakarta.
English Speaker: Able to coach private and group lessons in english
