Job description for Telemarketing at Pt Ayo Techno Idea
Smartseller is looking for candidates in Telemarketing positions who are able to build good relationships with customers, address customer concerns about products, and provide advice to customers.
Job Desc:
1. Maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
2. Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate report on opportunities.
3. Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
4. Strong phone presence and confidence/experienced in making cold calls.
5. Build and lead telemarketing team for future business scale expansion.
6. Monitor, support and correct team member works to achieve daily targets.
7. Other task s will assign based on Company needs
Job Specific:
1. Through knowledge in eCommerce/inventory management system
2. Experience that conducted the great result in any kinds of sales
3. Target-oriented, capable of working in a fast-pace environment
4. Experience working in tech startup
5. Willing placed in Malang
