Job description for Telemarketing/Telesales Manager at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Develop, monitor and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
- Establish a Support & Sales training program to train new employees.
- Meet with Support & Sales leads, supervisors and representatives to assess performance and provide the needed coaching.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cakap products and Services and also impart the same to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments viz marketing for promotions to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Technology and product department on product and inhouse tools needs and issues used by the Sales and Support Team
- Assess productivity tools available in the market for the Sales and Support team and work with the team to implement them.
- Accountable for performance & annual assessments of sales and support team.
- Setup clear Processes, SOPs for Sales & Support team & ensure adherence
- Setup quality assessment process to ensure adherence to SOPs for the sales and support team.
- Accountable for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Candidates must have played multifaceted roles in technology startups and have a good understanding of the startup ecosystem in indonesia.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Masters degree will be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with good documentation skills
- Highly target oriented person who is metrics driven.
- Proven track record of setting up Sales teams and processes from scratch and drive growth.
- Strong Problem Solving Skills with structured execution skills
- Proven track record in leading sales teams with exposure to customer services.
- Strong people management skills with ability to build and manage high performing sales and customer support teams.
