Job description for Telemarketer - Portuguese speaker at Growthfn

📌Location: : Cyberjaya, Malaysia
✅Salary: MYR 8000 - RM 8500 basic + MYR 500 KPI allowance
✅Head Counts: 2
✅Languages: Portuguese and English
✅Joining Date: 6 Nov, 2023.
✅Timings: Rotation Shift (5 days a week)
✅ Requirements: Min 1 year experience in Telemarketing
✅ Education: Degree & above

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform outbound, inbound and pre-scheduled calls as per Customer's B2B Marketing leads. process workflow to be followed as per the below list:
- Make outbound calls for lead generation, new business qualifications and partner management.
- Ensures customer details in the lead are correct (Company, Name, Phone number & Email).
-Identify and confirm potential sales & forward them to the pre-sales teams.
- Client Listing to be provided by the customer.
- Leads with invalid information/contracts should be tagged accordingly.
- Handle presales - related work
