Job description for Telemarketer (Contract/Hybrid) at AIA Singapore (SP-MOH District)
Here is the detailed job scope:
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, referrals, or databases.
- Sales Calls: Contacting prospects to pitch various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, or home insurance.
- Customer Education: Explaining policy features, benefits, and premiums to potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for insurance agents with interested prospects.
- Follow-ups: Maintaining contact with potential clients who have shown interest but haven’t yet purchased.
- Data Management: Updating excel spreadsheet with customer details and call outcomes
Upon taking up this position, you are expected to:
- Completed training in Singapore office before starting the call
- Passed a simple assessment after the training session
- Report your call progress twice daily via WhatsApp group
- Report your call progress in person at Singapore Office once monthly
Benefits and Allowances:
- Service Fee: RM2500-3000/month
- Travel allowance RM90 for your travelling to Singapore (Once a Month)
