The Role We are seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to drive business growth by partnering with enterprise customers and delivering consultative technology solutions that create real, measurable business value. This is a strategic, solutions-focused role where you will act as a trusted advisor to C-level and IT decision-makers — helping them optimize their technology investments, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their sustainability goals through our DaaS and Technology Lifecycle Management offerings.
What You Will Do
• Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities with corporate, enterprise, and listed company clients.
• Engage with C-level executives, IT directors, procurement heads, and sustainability officers to understand their technology and ESG objectives.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and design tailored DaaS, leasing, and lifecycle management solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI and sustainability impact.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Tech Support, Finance, Sustainability) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging ESG regulations to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while contributing to the company’s ESG and circular economy mission.
• Represent Rentalworks at industry events, client briefings, and technology exhibitions.
What We Are Looking For
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, or consultative selling.
• Proven experience engaging with corporate, enterprise, or listed company clients.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution-based approach, and value-driven conversations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Valid driving license and own transport (required for client site visits).
• Experience in DaaS, SaaS, IT Services, ESG, Sustainability, or Consulting is a strong advantage.
• Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and ESG-driven business models is highly desirable.
