Technician (Pasir Gudang, Johor)

Job Description (Deskripsi Pekerjaan)

Kami sedang mencari Technician yang proaktif dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Pasir Gudang, Johor. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan operasional mesin dan fasilitas berjalan dengan lancar serta melakukan pemeliharaan (maintenance) secara berkala.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

* Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif pada mesin serta peralatan pabrik.

* Mendiagnosis gangguan, kerusakan, atau malfungsi pada sistem mekanikal/elektrikal dan melakukan perbaikan.

* Memastikan semua aktivitas teknis mematuhi standar keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).

* Bekerja sama dengan tim produksi untuk meminimalkan waktu henti mesin (*downtime*).

* Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift (termasuk shift malam) jika diperlukan.

Requirements (Persyaratan/Kualifikasi)

Pendidikan: Minimal SKM / Diploma dalam bidang Teknik Mesin (Mechanical), Mekatronika (Mechatronics), Listrik (Electrical), Elektronika (Electronics), Teknik Kimia (Chemical Engineering), atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman:

* Kandidat yang berpengalaman lebih disukai, namun lulusan baru (*fresh graduates*) sangat didorong untuk melamar.

* Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang sistem teknis sesuai bidang keahlian.

* Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun di dalam tim.

* Siap ditempatkan di **Pasir Gudang, Johor**.
