Job description for Technical PIC - Vehicle Testing Operations at PT Optima Kualita Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Technical PIC to lead and manage vehicle testing operations in Indonesia. This role is responsible for ensuring all testing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise vehicle testing operations in Indonesia.

* Ensure testing activities are executed according to approved procedures and project requirements.

* Coordinate test drivers, technicians, and supporting personnel.

* Monitor vehicle and equipment readiness.

* Review and validate data and technical reports.

* Investigate technical issues and escalate critical findings when necessary.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local traffic laws.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

* Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to team members.

* Maintain the quality and integrity of all testing activities and deliverables.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive, fleet operations, or related industries.

* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

* Good understanding of vehicle systems.

* Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.

* Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or equivalent).

* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Willing to work full-time and support operational schedules based on project requirements.

* Willing to be assigned and work in Bekasi and Subang areas as required by project operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Defensive Driving Certification.

* Automotive Diagnostic Training.

* Project Management Training.
