Team Leader Packing (Cosmetics Manufacturing)
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
- Minimum1 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the Packing/Packaging department within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP/CPKB, SOPs, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading production teams, managing manpower, and ensuring daily production targets are achieved.
- Experienced in line clearance, line opening/closing, and changeover activities.
- Familiar with packaging equipment and processes, including labeling, coding, cartoning, shrink wrapping, and case packing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in a shift system if required.
Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or OEE is an advantage.
- Experience in handling production KPIs, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and production documentation.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits (GMP, ISO, BPOM) is a plus.
