Job description for Teacher Management Manager at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Plan and implement the overall supply management strategy that includes supply acquisition and supply management.
- Overall responsible for Supply Lifecycle at Cakap. Apply → Hire → Onboard → Train → Manage → Retrain
- Setup an effective supply acquisition strategies and evaluation process to acquire teachers that’s scalable.
- Ensure optimal supply and demand balance, set strategies to expand the supply to meet the increasing demand.
- Onboard the newly acquired teachers on cakap to the platform and constantly manage their performance.
- Work with senior management to set up incentive schemes for the supply to maintain high performance.
- Accountable and responsible supply Net Promoter Score and Satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Course Management, and Customer Service teams.
- Define metrics for quality of supply and setup monitoring process to constantly monitor and improve the quality metrics.
- Constantly manage the quality of teaching and provide constructive feedback to the teachers in case misses and ensure a high bar is set.
- Keep a close tab of competitors and constantly strive hard to improve cakap services.
- Previous working experience as Teacher Manager for at least 5 years
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
