About the Role
PT Kapit Mas is looking for a Tax Specialist (Supervisor) to strengthen our Finance, Accounting & Tax Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance, preparing accurate tax reporting, supporting tax audits, and coordinating tax-related activities across departments.
As a Tax Specialist, you will work closely with Finance, Purchasing, HR, and other business functions to ensure tax regulations are properly implemented while supporting operational excellence and continuous process improvement within the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Tax, preferably in a Manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
- Experience handling Corporate Income Tax, VAT (PPN), and Withholding Taxes (PPh).
- Experience preparing tax reporting and fiscal reconciliation.
- Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Experience supporting tax audits is highly preferred.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and review monthly and annual tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage Corporate Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), and other tax compliance obligations.
- Prepare fiscal reconciliation and support annual corporate tax reporting.
- Ensure accurate tax documentation and timely submission of tax reports.
- Coordinate tax-related matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Support tax audits and maintain communication with tax authorities when required.
- Monitor updates to Indonesian tax regulations and ensure proper implementation within the company.
- Review tax implications of business transactions and provide recommendations to support compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, documentation, and internal controls.
